Sunday, August 28, 2011. Are we camping now? We took the family up for "family weekend" at Lance's elk camp. The entire weekend Sami kept asking, "Are we camping now? It was a lot of firsts for our family; my first time in a pop-up, the girls' first time camping, Sami's first time fishing and hiking all.the.way! It rained the entire first day we were there- so the girls enjoyed playing on all of the mattresses in the pop-up. Samantha was SO EXCITED to go fishing! Showing off her pole. They had a blast!

Katie's First Day of School. I'm finally updating the blog. Uncle Rob and Leyna. Cecil had a birthday. Wednesday, November 19, 2008. The garage doors are going in. they are cedar on front and insulated , they really look great. The tile is being started in master bath. Painting is under way, i decided to just paint the house one color and then once we are in and i have some time to think about what i want to do in each room, i will change the colors. Monday, April 18, 2011. With all of the over 50 degree weather we've been spending as much time outdoors as possible! Samantha has been chomping at the bit to fly her kite with daddy; it was finally warm enough to let her but the wind was about 20 mph! If you look close, the kite is about taking her arm off! Sunday, March 4, 2012. Tubing with the Thomases! With the snow we got an impromptu Thomas family tubing trip together. It was a lot of fun! So here's some random photos from thus far into 2012. For valentine's day Els decided to help me cover strawberries in chocolate. When I turned my head she stole my chocolate covered spatula and enjoyed!
