Lady Carolyn: BIG Pouffy Chicken Wire Wedding Dress
http://ladycarolyn.blogspot.com/2011/11/big-pouffy-chicken-wire-wedding-dress.html
Header picture courtesy of V. Rodriguez. Wednesday, November 2, 2011. BIG Pouffy Chicken Wire Wedding Dress. What happens when you take 1/2 in plywood, chicken wire, bar stool and a used wedding dress? Shirley wanted the piece in the top right hand corner. Shirley sent me a photo of the finished set for Bridal and Beauty Show. I used zip ties to secure the chicken wire to the plywood platform. Still putting on zip ties. Dress I found at a thrift store. Well what do you think? November 3, 2011 at 9:27 AM.

Lady Carolyn: July 2012
http://ladycarolyn.blogspot.com/2012_07_01_archive.html
Header picture courtesy of V. Rodriguez. Tuesday, July 24, 2012. I'm thinking about putting a binding around the edge and put a 1950's slip under it and wear it to Sunday Undies at Costume College as a robe. It is cute on, it is form fitting through the waist then flares out. I wonder if several years down the road someone will find an unfinished project of mine and wonder "what the heck did she have in mind for this". A few of some of the decorative stitches. Header picture courtesy of V. Rodriguez. Saturday, July 7, 2012. I was looking through my files for some pictures of Louise Mackay's home in England for a presentation tomorrow and ran across these pictures of Chatsworth. They had clothing on display from movies when we visited there. For the life of me I can't remember which movie! Thought you might enjoy seeing them. Rebecca N. said. Was the film The Duchess with Keira Knightley? About Duchess Georgiana of Devonshire? I saw them too when I visited.
