Going forward I know the commuting will decrease and stop so have to increase the turbo trainer sessions and distance when on that in order to hit my goals. Kept me smiling for the rest of the ride. Many of the rides done did feel like they were for the sake of it, but a few I did feel like there was ‘no chain’ which I would love to be able to replicate every time – not worked out what the common denominators were though. As the days got shorter the commuting to work has rolled to a stop, the cold isn’t an issue although any ice wouldn’t be accepted.
