Surviving in the City without Chickfila. Sunday, August 22, 2010. I looked at a variety of recipes online ( 101 cookbooks. And some random blog by a girl named Christine. And then mashed them altogether to come up with a game plan. From the onset, I could tell this was going to be an ordeal, so I decided to go ahead and double the recipe so that I'd have some leftover to freeze. This is the recipe I ended up with:. 3 egg yolks, slightly beaten. 1 1/2 cups flour. A pinch of salt. Sunday, August 15, 2010.

Southerner In NYC: August 2013
http://southernerinnyc.blogspot.com/2013_08_01_archive.html
Surviving in the City without Chickfila. Thursday, August 15, 2013. I am super late in posting Felix's one month milestone, but better late than never. I can't believe how much he changed in such a short time. At his one month check-up he weighed 9 pounds and measured almost 21 inches long. One of my favorite things is the way that Felix sneezes. Nearly every time, he brings his two little hands up by his face. I was finally able to capture it on video:. Memama and Aunt Gwynn Visit. LaForce Be With You.

Southerner In NYC: July 2013
http://southernerinnyc.blogspot.com/2013_07_01_archive.html
Surviving in the City without Chickfila. Tuesday, July 23, 2013. One question that we've been asked over and over again (especially by those that have visited our apartment) is where are we going to put the baby. It's a legitimate question. Where do you find room for a baby and all of the stuff that entails in a 650 square foot NYC apartment? Our answer: in the corner.of the kitchen. The only problem that we've had so far is that Felix refuses to actually sleep in his crib. He just kinda looks around...
