Donnie.Amy.Katie.John.Luke. Sunday, June 24, 2012. Cape Vincent to Wolfe Island to Kingston, Ontario. We had a day full of ferry rides (4 total). I must say, it is pretty cool! The kids thought it was really fun! I was a little nervous driving onto the small ferry and backing into the spot they decided my vehicle would fit best, but I did it! The ferry to Wolfe Island is very small and only hold about 8 cars. The kids ready for their first ferry ride. Luke loved watching the water! It holds about 50 cars.

Donnie.Amy.Katie.John.Luke. Saturday, September 29, 2012. A fun day trip that we had been planning to take this summer, but it never seemed to work out! Today was a beautiful fall day to enjoy some diamond mining! We watched a quick video about how to mine for precious gems and diamonds, and quickly checked out the fossils before hitting the mines! Katie, John, and Will digging for some fossils! Mining is a pretty easy! Donnie recommended that we whistle while we worked since it workd for the dwarfs!
