Thursday, August 06, 2009. A trip to Toronto to pick up two dear Australian people and brought them to Michigan. Last Saturday, we went to Dearborn, Michigan's Greenfield Village. It is totally awesome. We decided to all go to the village, since the weather was wonderful, sunny and not too hot. The museum is very cool, but it is hard to do both in one day. History of Lake Huron. Lake Huron, like many of the Great Lakes, has a rich, shipwreck history. There are more than 1,000 recorded shipwrecks in Lake Huron.
