http://stickychef.blogspot.com/p/slaughtering-humanely.html
A gateway to how African style food is actually prepared. I just read a great write up by Christopher on his food blog at http:/ www.infamouschef.com. Start by making up about 10 loops of thick string big enough to put your fist through. If you dont fancy ...

A gateway to how African style food is actually prepared. Wednesday, 25 April 2012. South African Fish: Pan fried garlic Kingklip. I am going to feature a few popular South African fishes and the local methods of cooking them. Enough. We can now eat with a good conscience! You will need for 4 people the following:. 1kg fillets cut into 4 portions. I far prefer to leave the skin on because there is a lot of Kingklip flavor there. 2 finely chopped garlic segments. Beat the egg thoroughly together with the ...

A gateway to how African style food is actually prepared. Sunday, 7 October 2012. I have to digress slightly here! I have been on 10 days leave and spent some of the time exploring the beautiful Chobe game reserve as well as fishing. The fishing has not been good. I have literally caught two in the entire 10 days. HOWEVER.The one I caught was this. I was spinning using a spoon I designed and made myself. Here it is. Adrenaline was rushing, my heart was pumping! Roger Brown My Botswana Art. A Natural Anti...

A gateway to how African style food is actually prepared. Saturday, 6 October 2012. Pork and Beef Shish Kebabs. Over the last couple of months I have prepared and perfected a kebab recipe to my liking. A gateway to how African style food is actually prepared. Tuesday, 29 May 2012. Lamb Loin Chops ala Angie. In the last week we have enjoyed incredible South African Lamb. It has to be some of the most flavorsome and meltingly tender lamb available in the world! I think the only comparable lamb is found in countries like Greece and Turkey where the animals get to graze a lot of natural and aromatic herbs like wild sage. Photo credits thanks to cavegirldish.com and huffingtonpost.com. Mt lamb chops were sp...
