Certification by an Alberta Land Surveyor, Professional Engineer or a Registered Architect. Name of the Company that produced the "As Built" Certificate. Property Information: Legal Description and Municipal Address. Surface Condition of the Lot: i.e., Clay, Topsoil, Sod, or Landscaped. Note indicating that the Grading is subject to the approval of the Local Authority.

Lake and Ravine Lots. Lake and Ravine Lots. Lake and Ravine Lots. The lot grading certificate for a lot located on either a Stormwater Management Lake, a ravine, or the top of a bank must display the location and elevation of any and all features where the grading falls within a right-of-way, easement, restrictive covenant or Maintenance and Overflow Area registered in favour of the City. This will help the Lot Grading Inspectors to assess the impact of these features on the overall grading.

Drainage swales are shallow-sided, sloped ditches designed to convey surface runoff away from buildings towards the nearest street, lane, dry pond or stormwater management lake to prevent lot-to-lot drainage. Montag, 1. Juni 2015. Endlich soll der Sommer kommen! Das Freiluft-Wohnzimmer ist eröffnet. Und ein altes Fenster hat sein neues Plätzchen gefunden. In den Töpfen stehen meine selbst gezogenen Schneeballhortensien. Werde Euch mal Bilder zeigen wenn sie blühen. Die blühen nämlich auch in Töpfen recht gut. Die Bilder sind schon vor 2 Wochen entstanden. Die Hortensien haben sich derweil schon prächtig weiterentwickelt. Und Lina ist natürlich immer an meiner Seite. 9829;♥♥. Da ist SIE schon wieder, hihi.
