http://shaun-hartley-art.blogspot.com/2011_04_01_archive.html
Tracking my art, one picture at a time. Saturday, 30 April 2011. Drawing people I've never met. Well, I very recently drew a picture of Mia Matsumiya. A member of the experimental metal band Kayo Dot, and model for David Mack. S Kabuki graphic novel series. I drew the picture from a photo I saw on her Facebook page! This is the photo:. I decided to do this because I'd recently been to a Dr. Sketchy's and realised that I cannot draw, so I need some uber-serious practice! This is the end result:. As a chil...

My Art Blog: Pen and paint....
http://shaun-hartley-art.blogspot.com/2011/04/pen-and-paint.html

Let me experiment with her paints one day while I was hanging out with her while she was at uni! This, ladies and gentlemen, is the result:. Here, have a look. It's very difficult ...

My Art Blog: Lani, immortalised in pencil...
http://shaun-hartley-art.blogspot.com/2011/04/lani-immortalised-in-pencil.html
Tracking my art, one picture at a time. Saturday, 9 April 2011. Lani, immortalised in pencil. This is one of my first 'real life' drawings, as in - not. From a comic book! It's of my girlfriend, Lani. Drawn on a moonlit night, whilst she drew someone else in secret! It doesn't look exactly like her, but I think it's pretty good! I've done a few more since, and of other people too. I'll show you another time though! Subscribe to: Post Comments (Atom). Manchester, England, United Kingdom.
