Tuesday, February 11, 2014. Well I am 35 weeks and my body has clearly changed. Sometimes you just have to laugh about the changes or at the things people say about your changes. I was teaching a lesson about fractions and talking about parts/whole. I used the pizza analogy and asked the kids how many pieces they eat ex: 2/4 etc. Well the kids started saying they eat 7/8 pieces and 8/8 pieces. You know how kids can get when they are trying to outdo each other! Me: Wow, some of you have big stomachs.

February 26, 2012. For a birthday party, Allison chose to take her friends, Shelby and Caroline, to the Build-a-Bear Workshop. The girls chose what type of animal they wanted to make, helped to fill it with stuffing, and chose a heart for it. They had fun picking out an outfit for their animals, and they all three chose the same one. Gramma came along with us and even paid for each of the girls to choose a pair of shoes for their animals. They were very excited about that! Happy 6th Birthday, Allison!

She is so busy that its really difficult to get pictures of her and anytime the sun is out she closes. October 10, 2011. Our Trip to the Orchard. Last weekend, we took our annual fall trip to the local orchard. The girls had fun looking at all of the varieties of pumpkins. We made our way to the apple trees to pick some apples. Unfortunately, all of the apples had been picked from the trees! Matt did find one good one lying on the ground, so we grabbed that one.
