Thursday, January 22, 2015. Hello, Hello, Hello,. Monday, November 7, 2011. The band was definately tight this weekend but it wasn't too bad! I lost 4 lbs so that is great. Water was even slow to go down but as the days went by it got much better. I am very glad I did not go in on Friday and have some taken out! Have a great week.

Sorry everyone it has been such a crazy month! I have definately come to recognize that stress is an excuse for me to EAT! I didn't lose weight for about 3 weeks but I finally kicked it and lost 2 lbs Woo Hoo! Which then is followed but snacking of course. Would love some good snack ideas other than fruit and veggies!
