Laps in the N'east. Monday, April 16, 2012. After a short road ride, some dirt road and double track, it was on to our favorite local trail. The stats are as follows: 5 miles, 54 LOW sap lines (added this spring) and 1,400 ft of climbing to a beautiful view. Although, when you arrive at 9:30 at night, the view looks like this:. All the pictures I have been staring at in Latin books over the years were there, right in front of me in person. Laps in the N'east. Saturday, April 23, 2011. The end of vacation is approaching rapidly. It has been great so far, but it has gone too quickly. Rainy weather kills any motivation to ride, but hopefully we will have good weather next week and we can do more riding. Monday, April 18, 2011. Still no bridge between VT and NY. The free ferry was fun though. Single speeders get up early. Also, note the bending trees. It was windy. Why is Marco touching me? At least we are happy. Overall, another fun trip to NY.

Ride some newly cut trails, moist with some puddles. one or two drops. Those drops turn into a down pour. i find a nice conifer tree and squat. out of the rain mostly. Sunday, January 11, 2009. Thats me getting lit up, but hanging in there again. Today consisted of 2 hours of xc skiing with Kris and the dog out at Saxon Hill trails. I love ripping mountain bike trails of nordic skis. Followed up by a nice hour run with the pace being pushed when I could on the drier pavement. For keeping you olympic coverage online still. . Monday, September 29, 2008. The line up for the start had us somewhat confused. Elites, SSs, and then the experts at 2 minute intervals? The race was 35 miles, basically 4 laps on a 8.5 mile loop. Most of the SSers were talking about a neutral lap to warm up and have fun. Not a chance. The course was amazing.
