My name is Larissa Mercado-Lopez and I am a mother of three daughters, wife, fitness enthusiast, and Women's Studies instructor. I have a Ph.D. in English and a BA in Mexican American Studies from the University of Texas at San Antonio. My husband is a high school math teacher in San Antonio.
