I can’t say I rocked the course today but to be able to spend time with the people I love is always a blessing. As I sit here nursing my sore muscles, I’m going over today’s performance. I usually spend the first two holes getting caught up in self imposed pressure. Telling myself to focus as well as forget whose around me. Forget whose waiting on me. Forget who might be judging me. Posted on April 18, 2014. I feel as if I am experiencing a personal salvation for the first time. Crazy to say since I’ve been saved for 25yrs now. But this is new and it’s been brewing for a number of months. I’m recognizing that I really am NOT good enough, never will be – not ever…no, not on my own. BUT in Christ, I am MORE than enough. I have great friends and a wonderful family who all adore me. So why was their love never “sticking”? Why did I still feel so very small? Why did I feel so alone?
