MSA plus VERY EXCITING NEWS! Spinning at the start gate before the race. Now with the very exciting news! I'm a little late on posting this so the whole world already knows this but as of this week I am now going to MTB World's in South Africa! I couldn't be any happier! This was the best news ever and I feel so privileged and honoured to be racing for the National Team again. Wet and muddy XC race! Haley and I after the XC race. Being interviewed after relay. Post Nationals and Canada Summer Games. I raced road provincials the weekend and finished a solid 7th place. This was the first time that I was excited to be racing my bike my bike in a really long time. This definitely boosted my confidence leading into Canada Games and I couldn't wait to get there! We got to the course on Thursday and all I have to say is that it was the best course ever! All smiles after final pre ride before race. Focused on start line. Greatest feeling winning the gold as a team!

Tremblant Canada Cup #1 Report. The next day, we headed out to the village to do some laps on the course. It was cold and rainy but the trails held up well, and everything was rideable. The course was everything I remembered it to be so it wasn't long before I had it dialled. It was a long day at the course so the next two nights I just focused on relaxing and keeping hydrated.
