I also find this time of year a bit depressing. I look back and see where everything went wrong. Then the self-doubt starts. Can I do it all? Can I be a better mom? Can I be a better wife? Tuesday, 29 May 2012. And the news is good! I've been losing about 3 pounds and then the next week I would only lose one. And that's how this week started. I was so frustrated because I was gaining weight at the beginning of the week and it just gets hard. Especially when dinner that everyone else is eating smells so good! Tuesday, 28 August 2012. Well, this week has gone much better than last week. Thank goodness. No more Zucchini Brownies for me. (Except I think I'm going to have some on my birthday!
