Flee to the Cleve: February 2014
http://laurenmaxwell.blogspot.com/2014_02_01_archive.html
Monday, February 10, 2014. I've mentioned Chosen Day. In the past, created by John's family to celebrate his arrival from Korea in February 1985. I look forward to it every year. It's a day to honor John and what a gift he's been to all of us. The thing that looked devastating at the time now looks serendipitous. We're so thankful for the moments - even the bad ones - that brought us this partnership. Happy Chosen Day, John. Posted by Lauren Maxwell. Subscribe to: Posts (Atom). Search Flee to the Cleve.
Flee to the Cleve: Change is so good.
http://laurenmaxwell.blogspot.com/2011/09/change-is-so-good.html
Friday, September 9, 2011. Change is so good. Via Black Olive Photographic. It's funny how blog posts reflect life. Currently, mine are scattered and unsettled, with no regularity whatsoever. John and I have continued our tour of the Southeast, along with the good time. We couldn't be happier. Great things are happening. 1 I am so. Pleased to say that I will be joining the Outreach and Enrollment Team at the South Carolina Governor's School for the Arts and Humanities. I've already seen my ex-professors ...
Flee to the Cleve: Greeting 2014 & Looking Ahead
http://laurenmaxwell.blogspot.com/2014/01/greeting-2014-looking-ahead.html
Monday, January 13, 2014. Greeting 2014 and Looking Ahead. I recently asked John what word best described our 2013. Unfortunately he didn't hear "our" and said "twerk" without hesitation. At the New Year, I shy away from hard, fast resolutions and opt instead for adjectives. Words I hope will paint my decisions over the next year. Concepts that describe my intentions and might eventually bridge the gap between what I want to happen and what actually happens. Posted by Lauren Maxwell. Greeting 2014 and Lo...
Flee to the Cleve: Maxwell-Concklin Christmas III
http://laurenmaxwell.blogspot.com/2012/12/maxwell-concklin-christmas-iii.html
Monday, December 24, 2012. I feel so lucky to say that this is my third Christmas with John. In a way, it's our fourth together, because he was the first person I heard from, via text message, on Christmas morning 2009. That was before our first date, and I remember being really excited it. :). I'll be taking a few days off this week to be with family and friends, but meanwhile, we wish you a beautiful, cozy Christmas with the people you love most! Posted by Lauren Maxwell. Flee to the Cleve: Vermont at Sunrise
http://laurenmaxwell.blogspot.com/2011/04/vermont-at-sunrise.html
Thursday, April 7, 2011. I woke up to these scenes this morning in Putney, Vermont. The big, clear sky took my breath away. Putney is gracious, serene, and picturesque - in that perfectly rustic New England way. The sense of community is unlike anything I've ever experienced. The people in Putney love their town.and each other. What a lovely trip. Posted by Lauren Maxwell. Subscribe to: Post Comments (Atom). I'm Lauren. In the past three years, my little family has lived in Baltimore. Down South, Folks.
