Sogiven that we had Audrey's LAST eye appointment this week.I thought I would take the opportunity to be in awe of what Audrey has overcome. 50% of babies born at her gestational age develop bronchopulmonary dysplasia- Audrey doesn't have it! 50% of babies born at her gestational age have a PDA (essentially a heart murmur)- Audrey doesn't have it! 30-40% of babies born at her gestational age have a brain bleed-Audrey doesn't have it!
