Friday, March 26, 2010. If you can't tell, we are holding up a little red dress, representing a "girl"! We are so thrilled! Our little Rylee has finally decided to join our family! We've had her name picked out before Lucas was born.) The boys are happy, for the most part, as well! Logan has always thought we were having a girl, but Lucas, on the other hand, wanted 100 brothers and then we could have a sister for him! So he was a little upset when he found out he was getting a little sister!

Saturday, April 21, 2012. We ventured out to Scottsdale to a Train Park with the Peterson Family. The park has a great playground, a train and a carousel. It was a fun afternoon for everyone. Sunday, May 3, 2009. Team Magically Delicious, you ask? Now, here's a good story! A few months ago, Deb, Alicia and I decided to sign up as a relay team for the Smith Mountain Lake Sprint Triathlon. Backing up a few weeks.at first I thought.1/2 mile swim, 20K bike, and 5K run? No sweat, I can handle all of that on my own.sign me up! Needless to say, I failed the "assessment" miserably, because I just really don't know how to breathe correctly when swimming free style. Deb obviously chose one for us late ...

Tuesday, November 18, 2008. A Little Mexican Fiesta. Last night we made authentic Mexican cuisine, with the help of Scott Porter. We made two types of salsa.one that would make anyone breathe fire, except for Scott! We also made homemade corn tortillas, guacamole, carne asada, chicken, chili and lime soup (an interested experiment), refried black beans, and plantains for dessert. I love cooking! Sunday, September 26, 2010. 1 Month Old Still fitting into her newborn jammies, but not anymore. So sad. I'm not ready for Rylee to be out of the newborn stage yet. I'm a big girl now! I'm starting to smile and coo! Mommy says that I have BIG beautiful BLUE eyes -lets hope they stay blue! Sunday, September 12, 2010. Since all of my family was in town for our family reunion, we decided to have Rylee blessed in my parents ward (since my bro was giving his mission homecoming talk)! We had a great time!

Tuesday, January 12, 2010. Sarah turned 8 in December and it was a fun birthday! She started her day getting a present before school. She has been wanting purple shoes and we found some that we all liked. Later that evening we met some of her cousins and Grandma and Grandpa Smyth for dinner at the Cheesecake Factory, one of Sarah's favorites. Sarah and her brothers. Ryder and Jack.
