Monday, September 26, 2011. Friday September 23rd 2011. This date marks my first time at the gym. 10 minutes on the treadmill, ¼ of a mile on the elliptical, 1 hour class (mix of dance and aerobics) Was not able to do all the exercises that were offered in the class but didn't stop moving and finished it off in the pool 5 laps and 10 minutes of water resistance weights. Tuesday, September 27, 2011. Yesterday 4h30 was my second visit to the gym. Katie coach me on my Strength training for about an hour and a half. She was going from Mell to me adapting our routine. Today my Upper Back, Pectorals and Deltoids are hurting. (I had to google the anatomy of the muscular system to make sure I was saying the good ones! Both using my own weight and the machines to do my series of repetitions. After that 10 minutes of cardio at a higher speed and incline. Next visit is Wednesday.

Journey to a Healthier Me . again. Tuesday, October 4, 2011. Whoa what a trip. Last night, Tanya and I ventured to the gym for a workout . in the co-ed gym. Yup! My intentions were to do my regular workout however, that quickly changed when I saw the equipment that was up there. It is.
