I have been excited waiting for that day, to do a blog post with a pic of me in my workout outfit, looking all fit and Sh#t. I wanted to write a post filled with words of wisdom on losing weight and maintaining it. It takes a lot of focus and determination to lose that much weight, and its hard to just switch that "mentality" off?

Monday, September 26, 2011. Friday September 23rd 2011. This date marks my first time at the gym. 10 minutes on the treadmill, ¼ of a mile on the elliptical, 1 hour class (mix of dance and aerobics) Was not able to do all the exercises that were offered in the class but didn't stop moving and finished it off in the pool 5 laps and 10 minutes of water resistance weights. Tuesday, September 27, 2011. Yesterday 4h30 was my second visit to the gym. Katie coach me on my Strength training for about an hour and a half. She was going from Mell to me adapting our routine. Today my Upper Back, Pectorals and Deltoids are hurting. (I had to google the anatomy of the muscular system to make sure I was saying the good ones! Both using my own weight and the machines to do my series of repetitions. After that 10 minutes of cardio at a higher speed and incline. Next visit is Wednesday.
