Living in Laymans' Terms. What we read in 2012. Frankfurt to Cologne: 320 & 3km. 9 June, 2015. We made it. To our beautiful AirBnb in Cologne. I’m sitting atop the private rooftop balcony writing this with blue skies, puffy white clouds and sun. That doesn’t make me run inside. But it’s a miracle we’re here. We arrived at the Kuwait airport 2.5 hours before our flight, said our (temporary) goodbyes to Saud and sailed through security. We hung out in the airport lounge (only booze would make it better).

A couple of free spirits. Chris, Aubrey, Ayla, Reef and Zuri. Sunday, April 5, 2015. Saturday we did some Easter crafts, and dyed some eggs! Sunday the Easter bunny visited our house. He left quite the loot for the kids and scattered plastic eggs filled with candy all over the house for Ayla to find and collect all morning. Ayla helped me make these raspberry cream cheese filled bunny danishes. The rest of the day was spent watching conference and being together as a family. Saturday was a full day!

He had his 1 month doctor appointment two weeks ago. He weighted 11lbs 1 oz and was 22 inches long. He has grown a lot! Reef is very strong. He does great with tummy time and actually seems to really enjoy it (unlike his sister). He also loves to be snuggled and likes to have his back patted (unlike his sister). This is only the 2...

A couple of free spirits. Chris, Aubrey, Ayla, Reef and Zuri. Saturday, March 14, 2015. Although I will miss her terribly along with all her loved ones. Her funeral was a happy one, full of stories of her life and character, beautiful music, and lots of family. It was a really nice day and I think it was just the way she would want it to be. It was great to get to see my family! And get these to babes together again. Aren't they just precious! I really am just so grateful I was able to be there.
