Monday, September 1, 2014. Screaming on the inside. Mum is feeling okay - most days now she is only napping for a few hours in the afternoon and she feels well enough to do some gentle exercise and chores around the house. It's good to talk to her in the evenings and find her cheery and upbeat. We know that some tumours don't respond to the chemo at all, and keep on growing. Are Mum's tumours shrinking? We just don't know. I've tried crying too. It doesn't work either. I'm so powerless that even ...I'm a...

inkberryblue: July 2010
http://inkberryblue.blogspot.com/2010_07_01_archive.html
Monday, 19 July 2010. I've written my first pattern. It's winter here in the Land of Oz and it has been very, very chilly in the mornings. I have really needed something to keep my hands warm. And I've come up with these:. They are made out of 8 ply wool, although the pattern is easily adapted to 10 ply, they're crocheted in the round so that you can fit them as you go. And they're super quick to make. When I can fit blogging into this crazy, busy life of mine.). I could call them Little Dorrits, perhaps?

From the land of pleasant knitting. 96 – CASHMERE DAYDREAMS. A quick note: Thanks to all for indulging me with my last post. I did receive a reply from the administration that wasn’t entirely fulfilling, but at least it is a reminder that our voices can be heard. And now, back to yarn! I’ve been recently obsessing over (no surprises here) …hats. Yes, again. I stumbled across the Wiksten. So I immediately bought the Snoflinga Hat. Pattern (doesn’t the name make you smile? Wrap your troubles in dreams. Welcome to my little corner of the blogging universe! For a good cause. Yarn stores in israel. Friday, March 6, 2015. T his is a cheese i make almost every week. it is based on a recipe i learned on a small goat farm in northern israel and have made and adapted it ever since. What milk to use? I am usually using 8-10l of milk to make three or four of theese wheels. it may sound awfully complicated but after making it several times you will find that it is rather simple =).
