To the north of Lincoln County is Tillamook County. This area of the Oregon coast has a very diverse geological and hence wonderfully eye pleasing as well as fun aspect to it. Oregon beaches

A walk on the beach in Oregon can be more than the average walk on the beach. Who doesn't enjoy a relaxing walk on the beach? Florida beaches may be warmer but I find the beaches on the Oregon coast to be more interesting. Rocky tree lined cliffs, sand that's not blindingly white, color variations in the sand, interresting rocks to pickup. I have never heard of anyone having a bad luck spree for taking rocks home from one of our beaches as in Hawaii. Agates can be found here.

Bok choy or other greens. Spice to taste. Can be as simple as salt and pepper, or poultry seasoning. We like to use Poultry seasoning, Rosemary, Pepper and Salt or low sodium substitute.
