Barry began his working career as the head of a small charity providing support and young people in the north-west of England. He then moved into a FTSE 250 leisure retailing business and followed a career path which took him into senior sale, operations and change management roles. Barry set up his own business in 2002, and has since worked with thousands of people in dozens of organisations helping them to develop leadership capability, unlock potential and build amazing organisations.
