There is little doubt that transformation has begun, but there is not yet an articulate or widely-shared vision of the future we want. Samtidigt kommer man att erbjuda användarna att skriva artiklar. Efter redaktionellt godkännande kan de sedan komma att publiceras i den "officiella" delen.
