It was unplanned, but by the time we'd got our Sunday family gubbins finished, I really could not be faffed at an evening Shred. Weigh in tomorrow, then back on the horse! An insight into me and my world. Whilst I’ve been busy doing other stuff, N (almost 3) has been sitting at the dinning room table with a pot and a plate from his kitchen filled with mud. Which he has then mixed his juice into and made a right old mess. The table is covered with juice puddles and stray bits of mud and N himself is covered in it too. An insight into me and my world. I am still here…. just! I’ve not blogged for ages, I just haven’t been in the right place or frame of mind recently. My daily dosage has since been increased and I have been feeling better – well the tiredness had subsided but it seems to be coming back again sigh . That’s it for now. An insight into me and my world. Has it really been 7 months? Wow, I hadn’t realised it had been so long since I’ve posted anything on here. So let me start by saying Happy New Year one and all! I’m pleased that 2011 has been and gone. It’s a year that I’d like to forget, infact I’d go as far as saying I’d like it to be erased completely for all of time! Diary of a diet with too little cake allowed. Monday, 8 November 2010. How did you do? I did not do well. I don't know whether it is because I am an all-or-nothing kind of girl but I have struggled to get back on the diet, and cheese and butter have stayed with me this week. Shredding was a struggle too - I managed time for 2 shreds and quite frankly I am bored! I'm rolling the challenges forward for another week, so let's see how I do. 10st 2.4lbs (twenty p lost! Monday, 1 November 2010. 4 Shreds a week.

Diary of a diet with too little cake allowed. Monday, 11 October 2010. So four days of shredding while continuing my low fat diet has left me. Almost half a pound heavier. By the way, muscle. Weigh more than fat, so let's put that one to bed right now. However muscle is denser, so there's less of it, pound to pound, hence you can look and feel leaner but stay the same weight. I do feel leaner, but ultimately it's the scales who rule, so so far, not impressed. 11 October 2010 at 23:46. Day 4 - Disaster.

An insight into me and my world. On Friday we had a visit from SiL and BiL. They never just ‘pop’ in and I knew exactly why they were popping round. They came to annouce that they are expecting a baby in Dec. They were a little shocked that I had a card of congratulations all ready and waiting for them😉. I knew that SiL was pregnant!
