Come Fly With Me. Xmas in New France. A long overdue blog post but perfect timing for Christmas! The freezing rain storms these weekend makes it specially warm to retrospect the trip to Quebec last year. We stop by Montreal for few hours so we could stretch our lags from the long train ride, and most importantly fill our hungry tummies. The first thing about food in Montreal that comes to mind is Poutine! But we are not having that today… We’ve decided to dine in a local favourite. Snow and lot of snow.
