Skip to main content. We develop and apply proteomics technologies to a variety of problems in human health, engineering, and agriculture. One of the resources that is available are proteomic maps of relevant proteins. We have developed maps of cerebrospinal fluid and of Pseudomonas syringae. And these maps are available freely. We have also developed a bioinformatic tool to help analyze 4plex and 8plex shotgun proteomics datasets. The tool, called iTRAQPak, is available by emailing Dr. Lee.
