Creamy Chicken Broccoli and Cheese over Angel Hair Pasta. 2 cups of skim milk. 2 tbl of margarine or butter. 1 cup of shredded cheese. 1 tbl of cornstarch mixed in 2 tbls of water. Slowly bring milk and butter to a slight boil. Add shredded cheese and stir. Until almost melted. Add cornstarch and stir constantly until sauce. Thickens. Remove from heat and set aside. Cook 1 bag of Schwan's Broccoli and Cheese per directions. Thanks to Billie Jo!

Dani's Snappy Ginger Cookies. 15 cups butter or margarine (not light). 2 cups white sugar. 189; cup molasses. 45 cups white flour. 4 tsp baking soda. 189; tsp salt. 2 to 3 tsp ginger. 1 to 1.5 tsp cloves.
