Getting back to basics. January 2, 2017. The picture above shows my plot looking north. As you can see it’s pretty overgrown at the moment! Be fairly weed free. Finally there is a border bed running most of the length of the plot that is full of, well, possibly some plants and definitely some weeds (honestly I can’t even tell the difference at the moment) and a couple of little trees. November 27, 2016. Bad, and there’s no bruising that I can see, and no popping or tearing sound, just immediate weakness. So needless to say I’m pretty gutted, but it is early days and there is time to resolve this and get back to the training plan before panic needs to set in. Still pissed off though, gah!
