The past two days we were transported to another world: the San Blas islands off of the northern Caribbean coast of Panama. These minuscule, white sand, palm tree laden islands are scattered along the shore of Panama and are absolutely. Christina, Emily and Josh. San blas - a little piece of heaven. Kuna women in their traditional garb that they still wear on the islands!

While trying to maintain some semblance of being in shape, I went for a run this afternoon in our small but extremely hilly neighborhood. I ran into, quite literally, a mother and her four beautiful daughters; they live nearby and often walk through the neighborhood.
