World Inspirations: Update
http://worldinspirations.blogspot.com/2011/06/update.html
Gaining Perspective Across the Globe. Wednesday, June 22, 2011. It's been a hectic few days and I'm just now getting a chance to sit down at a computer for more than 10 minutes! I got to London early Monday morning, made it safely to my flat, freshened up and headed out to meet a friend for lunch and shopping. We ended up going shopping on High Street Kensington - where I purchased a phone - and in Harrods which was a mad house! View of St. Paul's from across the river over the Millennium Bridge. Gaining Perspective Across the Globe. Monday, June 27, 2011. Tomorrow I have an early flight out of London so I thought I'd do one last update. The Mitre - lunch spot! This past weekend was full of outings! View from Bench in Regents Park (same view from 2007 which my Nana painted a picture for me off of). Flowers in Regents Park. Front Entrance of the V&A. Bridge in Hyde Park. I'm headed to North Virginia/Washington DC on Friday so that'll be another trip to write about! I'm a graduate student at the Un...

Gaining Perspective Across the Globe. Tuesday, July 5, 2011. Hopefully I'll be up to DC again in the future to see this view! After grabbing a few cupcakes at Crumbs Bake Shop. We spent a relaxing night at my sister's house Saturday night while my dad and brother-in-law watched the Nascar race. Sunday my sister, brother-in-law, dad and I went to Great Falls Park. For a hike. It was beautiful! To catch a river cruise to see the fireworks over the Lincoln Memorial. Talk about amazing views! Letter to Evely...

World Inspirations: Wedding Weekend
http://worldinspirations.blogspot.com/2011/06/wedding-weekend.html
Gaining Perspective Across the Globe. Friday, June 17, 2011. Last weekend one of my best friends McKinsey got married and I was a proud member of the bridal party. It was a beautiful weekend so I'll let the photos do the talking! The girls with the groom. Bridesmaids - Christie, Nora and Katie and I. Which was delicious. After taking our time (we didn't care too much about the opening acts) we headed to the Fox to take our seats in Row Z, which were pretty good! Kristin and I at the concert. In about 48 ...

World Inspirations: Travel Reminders
http://worldinspirations.blogspot.com/2011/06/travel-reminders.html
Gaining Perspective Across the Globe. Thursday, June 16, 2011. The other day in the mail I received this beautiful paintings from my Nana. She's been an artist her entire life, and in her mid-70s, I'd say she's pretty good! I'm so thankful to have such an artistic person in my life, and it's been amazing to grow up surrounded by her work. I can't wait to cover the walls of my own home one day with all her beautiful artwork. Sitting on a bench reading the final Harry Potter book. I'm a graduate student at...
