The property where the garden lies was formerly known as Victorian Park, an arcade and mini golf park. The total lot is 3.9 acres of land including the former arcade building which is now a salon and salt cave and and a smaller outer building, the 28,800 sq. ft. mini golf course and extensive wooded area on the back side of the property. The main idea was to preserve and enhance the integrity of the property while creating an asset for the community.
