It's only my favorite lettuce ever! Is it weird to have a favorite lettuce? My husband's favorite is Boston Bibb - yes, we often have deep conversations.). I came across this recipe. We will definitely be making this again this summer! Flank Steak with Arugula Salad. 4 T olive oil, plus more for drizzling. 1 clove garlic, finely chopped.
