This Life I Love:. Newly Married. New Job. New Adventures:. It's been a little over a month since the wedding and I thought I should update those who are interested! After the wedding, JD and I spent a lot of time trying to figure out just what to do next! For me, I had been planning, planning, and planning for over a year so when it all came to a halt, it took me a few days to regroup. We spent Easter weekend on Enchanted Springs Ranch with JD's parents and we had such a great time! All that is me.

There have been a lot of wedding plans, pictures, dress fittings, and other various activities going on in the last few months. my dress is in - it's beautiful. the engagement pics turned out wonderful. all is well in planning the wedding. only 102 more days to go! I can't believe it's coming up so fast. All that is me.

Saturday, January 23, 2010. So what is Ashlyn up to these days as a 4 month old:. Smiles when she sees mom and dad. Coos, especially when she is getting her diaper changed. Prefers to suck on her thumb rather than a pacifier. Will occasionally clasp both her hands around her bottle, but is not able to hold it on her own yet. Will settle down when she is hungry and sees that mom or dad is making her a bottle. Still wearing size 0 to 3 month size clothes. Is beginning to be more okay with tummy time.

I did not have good roasted chicken or chicken stock in the freezer (which is a sin in my family, btw) so came up with a "cheater" version of down home goodness! 1 T 1 T 3 T butter. 1/2 C chopped onion.

Because it never hurts to add just one more recipe to the stash. 2 oz drained canned tuna fish, flaked. 1/4 c diced tomato. 1/4 c chopped mushroom. 2 T green onion, sliced. 1 T plus 1 t. all purpose flour. 1/2 t dried parsley flakes. Dash freshly ground black pepper. Optional: mayonnaise, dried bread crumbs. 1 In medium bowl, beat egg lightly; add remaining ingredients, mixing until thoroughly combined.
