Southern Buffet, a review of buffet restaurants throughout the American South. Saturday, May 08, 2010. Phoenix Chinese Restaurant, Elberton, GA. The proprietors and staff are very pleasant people and they make the cramped quarters much more comfortable with the friendly atmosphere. We're not sure what day it will be exactly but it'll fall somewhere from Monday 15 to Wednesday 17 December.
