Friday, July 04, 2008. Jewel live in Vancouver 2008. Just came back from Jewel's concert held at River rock theatre in Richmond. Upon realizing the theatre's located in a casino, I thought, hey, this place is tailored for Jewel! D Her easygoing self fits beside neon lights and busy people, maybe a cup of beer to complement the picture. I took two photos before concert starts. No recording device is allowed throughout the concert. Why didn't I sneak a few shots with my cell phone? However I was a bit sad?

Tuesday, March 31, 2009. The art director of Converse (SH branch) showed us various ad campaigns of the brand throughout its 100 year history, which's nothing short of amazing. It used to rule atheletic footwear but was gradually marginallised by latecomers like Adidas, and Nike (now the owner of Converse). I'm a big Converse fan. Love its prototype shoe design and brand concept associated with rock n' roll culture. Links to commercials that truly speak for its essence. What are your converse doing today?

Sunday, November 30, 2008. 回国前一天收拾出来大包小包的七八个，垃圾若干袋。晚上十点左右叫了一帮苦力来搬东西，哼哧哼哧的把纸箱子抬上抬下，夜深人静就见几个黑影猫着腰螃蟹式的横向移动，步伐踉跄（一堆书、油盐酱醋之类），实在太愚蠢了忍不住狂笑，手一软差点搬不动。这时觉得有几个热心的朋友在真是大幸，超感激的。结果我也没扔啥东西，喝不完的茶叶也留下来给人了，连垃圾筒也舍不得扔，总之，你们不要就在我看不见的地方处理掉吧，让我亲自动手总归于心不忍。回国后能看到父母很高兴，其他的还有待发掘 - 现在能说的就这些。我是周二出发的，早上七点的飞机.中间的过程就不说了（真够倒霉），直接跳到结果：误机了= =! 迟到十分钟不让登机，我脱口而出“You're crazy! 8221;（本意是说This's ridiculous! 虽说是景色极致的城堡酒店.我们那间房望出去尽是房顶.待在屋里果然有点浪费，后来就去楼下的酒吧chill了两杯bailey看夜景，我们说咋么有人来搭讪呢，设计对话如下：. 搭讪的：Is this chair taken? Friday, May 08, 2009. 深夜两点半被一阵怪声吵醒，鬼哭狼嚎此起彼伏，头顶还传来阵阵急促的脚步声，深更半夜各位！如同百鬼入室，u know what i'm saying? 最近持续低烧在想不是烧到幻听了吧，闭着眼仔细听，貌似有n种干嚎叠加在一起，我不至于幻听一个多声部的大合唱是吧，迟疑片刻坐起来又打开房门巡视了下，确认是墙后和楼上传来的。我一直以为俺们家是独立式的，哪来的隔壁？直到我在百鬼大合唱中辨认出一男声用苏州话嘀咕，才重回现实。。。带着各类猜测再次坠入梦乡。清早，我问妈，隔壁（终于意识到隔壁的存在了）怎么了阿是有人病逝。妈说没啊，隔壁夫妇挺好的，估计是他们的猫在叫。猫叫起来很邪有时像幼婴在哭，这个我晓得。我听妈这么一说释怀了，恩，这么解释比较合理。收拾碗筷，开门，下楼。右边楼道两排花圈，铁门大敞，一些人站着看着。那一刻感觉很复杂，像在看戏，还是个super bad joke。 Friday, May 08, 2009. Saturday, December 27, 2014. 因为时差，闹钟还没响就醒了。旅馆旁有一家吃brunch的aloha kitchen，我们等在店面口巴望着老板开门，店员表示鸭梨山大。饱腹后绕到Kahanamoku海滩晒太阳。沙子略硬，浪也不够大。我们没打算今天下水，就踩着浅滩淌海水，脚丫子冰冰凉。看到一小只菇凉，踏着她的超迷你冲浪板不知所措，真是可爱呀。 8593;真像：噜噜是旱鸭 (￣3￣). 8593;在 hilton village买了包kona咖啡自己喝。 8593; 出门吹风啦！敞篷真舒服，可是到了九十点就开始狂晒，头发和脸蛋全熟。本小姐过于娇小，驾驭野马很有难度。本来计划先去honolulu美术馆，开到那儿没找到趴车位，干脆先去ala moana shopping center血拼。 8593; 植物景观做的很有夏威夷特色，壁虎在绿油油的厥类叶子上爬，小孩子们趴在池边看肥硕的鲤鱼游来游去。 8593; 中场休息来杯夏威夷冰拿铁，有股甜甜的水果香，美味！晚上住sheraton princess kaiulani，房间比较陈旧，就不上图了。

Sunday, January 04, 2015. 回到家再补游记真是痛苦啊，严重失忆无从下手，只能翻翻照片看图说话了。我们又起了个大早，准备去酒店一公里处的cafe吃早饭，走着走着看到街对面有家店灯火通明的颇有深夜食堂的赶脚。我问噜噜那是啥，噜噜说欸不就是传说中要排老长队的 Marukame乌冬面. 么？！早起的鸟儿不排队，我们五分钟就呼哧呼哧的风卷残云了。我也吃不出这家口碑甚好的店在配料上有何特别，很平民的一碗面，就像国内大街小巷的面馆一般亲切，吃完了肚里热乎着这个早晨就算正式开始了。今天的计划是去珍珠港。虽然人文景点不算我俩的最爱，但凡来了檀香山怎能不去pearl harbor。就如同去三藩不去金门大桥，去休斯顿不去nasa，去多伦多不去cn tower，去。。不去。。必须去啊有木有。在visitor center看到的景色：左边的战舰是密苏里号，右边白色的空壳是亚利桑那号纪念馆。去这两个景点分别要坐车和船。密苏里号又名Mighty Mo，参加过三次战役：二战、韩战、波斯湾。午后三点入住，洗完澡赖在床上晒太阳上网看海景，惬意的很。相对于安静闲适的毛伊岛，檀香山的好处是有...
