I have to admit that I’ve also taken to using the word mindfulness when advertising my adults’ class in Eurythmy. Is a qualified eurythmist who specialises in Eurythmy in the Workplace (formerly known as social eurythmy). She has a passion for helping people, and believes that doing eurythmy together is a great way to overcome challenges and reach our full potential. As well as having a diploma in the art of Eurythmy, Heidi also has a BA (Hons) in Music from Lancaster University. Due to an injury, she gave up playing the bassoon and re-trained as a eurythmist.
