Saturday, November 29, 2008. Installation of a Window - Union Style. I needed to install a double window, so I called for a couple of "experts" to help out. After setting up a scaffolding, I was able to remover the old window. Okay, so it's not the correct picture, close enough for union work. It's easier than it looks to set up the scaffolding. Sunday, September 26, 2010. Finally, Roof Project Completed After Three Years. After just over three years, a major project of raising the roof was finally completed this past summer. The job was divided into three parts:. 1) Building a new roof over the old one, then dismantling the old one. 2) Demolishing the old walk-in closet, then rebuilding a larger walk-in closet. 3) Building a closed in deck onto the front of the house under the new roof. Feeling a little slow these days and uncomfortable, but that only means that Peanut 2.0 is growing big and strong. In an effort to express our gratitude for taking care of Liam while we welcomed Colin into the world, we sent Matt and Leah on a date night! Liam had Max over for their first sleep over at the Schlossers. They had a blast! Including: The Sandlot, homemade pizzas, bubble bath, laughing a lot, and sleeping in a tent! We can't wait to do it again soon!
