I don’t want to clutter the listserve for out-of-house people, so I’m going to complain here for now. It’s 6:30 AM. I just spent the last 20 minutes cleaning the lounge. We have trash cans. Please use them. I don’t know whose open jar of mustard that was, leaking all over the floor, but your mustard is gone now. Clothes left on the floor are now in the give and take box. Knit knit knit KABOOM. Just thought I'd share a few pictures of the bus stop that got knitting bombed a few blocks from my house. The detail on this thing was amazing. I loved these little dudes. The bomb had started to fall apart by the time I got to it. Such an awesome mess. Oh, and in this picture you can kinda see that the knitters got to the inside of the bus stop as well. Life in Tower During Dairland? So, as you may or may not have known life has been less than great for me recently. BUT! I am doing much better now but now it is DAIRLYLAND! Which means you all seem to be off places doing things that I'm not. Is anyone here available and wants to do cool things this weekend like drink and watch movies and smoke my hookah? Nov 8th, 2010 04:05 pm. So I am now in my own apartment in Madison, with only a few surprises. Surprise 1) two month minimum, on what was sold as a month-to month, not a huge problem. Surprise 2) water is undrinkable. still usable for cooking and cleaning, but not drinking. minor problem, water is really cheap. and hopefully a water filter will fix the problem.
