Leanne M. Frehlich's E-Portfolio. Learning in the 21st Century. Skip to primary content. My Educational Philosophy- Leanne Frehlich. The object and reward of learning is continued capacity for growth. In conclusion, if at the end of the day, I ask of myself and my students: Have we striven towards making ourselves better human beings? Did we take time to help someone else? What did we do to make the world a better place? As we answer these questions and see learning and growth, then we have success.
