Was organized in June 2006 and has purchased 435 acres in North Star Township, adjacent to the City of Ithaca in Gratiot County Michigan. The property has been rezoned by the City of Ithaca as a Planned Industrial Park, and Liberty has received site plan approval from the City. Liberty has also secured the necessary soil erosion and storm water management permits to proceed with site preparation and construction which is currently under way.
