Saturday, July 18, 2009. I recently typed this up for some family and friends, and thought I'd share it. God has answered so many of our prayers. You can see Patrick's diet has improved by leaps and bounds! Patrick is allergic to Eggs and Milk. At this point we do not feed him things with wheat or gluten in them. We buy his foods at various places, including Herb Mart, Kroger, Whole Foods and Walmart. In no order.sorry! Chick Fil A Waffle Fries. Carl's Natural Cut French Fries. Chick Fil A Fruit cups.

Thursday, October 30, 2008. Food Journal - week 29. His normal three day rotation continues. I have not edited it yet. t. His week was very rough with eczema. At least I guess it was that - I wondered if it was a reaction to the chips or watermelon or pear juice. I plan to try all again, and see if the same thing happens. Patrick was in a lot of pain one day after I had tried various creams on his eczema. I used some cortisone once or twice. I tried using Eucerin. Once this week I tried a new boxed cereal.

Tuesday, October 14, 2008. Food Journal - week 28. Monday, October 13th, 2008. Perky O's, rice cereal, Raisins. Supplements. Grape Juice. Pork burgers, Peaches, Rice. supplement. Pork burgers, broccoli, corn. No supplements. Hot cereal, rice milk, Pear juice, supplements. bananas. One blue corn chip. (new food). Cod, kiwi, blueberries. more blue corn chips. Cod, lettuce, carrots. We continued to add in chips. Is acting up, and his eyes seem to be bothered by seasonal allergies. AND we visited Mimi's house.

Saturday, April 4, 2009. Since my last post a little brother has been added to our family! Patrick is loving having Nicolas here! In other news, things are going well! We are on about a 5 1/2 day rotation now! Such a difference from the beginning! Here's the foods he can eat now! Corn based Taco shells. Several different Hot cereals. Saturday, January 3, 2009. Obviously I've stopped doing the weekly ones/food journal :) I feel it's probably "ideal" to do them, but it's a lot to do, and adds stress. So, unless the need arises again, I'll just give occasional updates. A lot of good things have been going on, and we have "high hopes" for the future! First off, his eczema. Has been doing so much better. I've been using Eucerin. On his arms and legs and occasionally other spots as needed, and it has kept his skin so smooth and nice! And a...

Thursday, October 9, 2008. Food Journal - Week 27. Week 27 went well. We are still trying out watermelon. Some this week, and added some pear juice. And another supplement (his new enzyme. Which he doesn't seem to be allergic to-yay! We also started back up all his old supplements. So now (hopefully) every day he gets:. Morning: acidophilus, vit. C (BioFizz), glutaloemine, and half/whole enzyme. Evening: vit. C (BioFizz) glutaloemine. The three day rotation. It looks like this:. Pork, Broccoli, Corn.
