It was a cold rainy day and I needed a nice brothy chunky soup with lots of vegetables. I did it with what I had on my pantry and fridge, meaning that you can use whatever you have and adjust the recipe to your liking. 1 stalk of Celery. 2 small Roma tomatoes ( or diced can tomatoes).
