Saturday, May 3, 2014. Ten years is nowhere near enough! Back in February I went to the doctor for a check up. I wasn't sick as such, but I wasn't feeling particularly well either. I had put on a lot of weight. I was retaining fluid. I was tired, lethargic and unable to stop eating all the wrong foods.
