The Life and Times of M.Rau. I'm right in the midst of God's great adventure! Come along and see where He leads. Best when unexpected and such a sweet surprise! Links to this post. Those two days are reserved for fun and sometimes errands. I think I wasted most of my Saturdays and Sundays when I had them every week. Now it amazes me how excited I am when I don't have to go into work on Saturday-and thankfully I almost never work on Sundays. Today I had an unexpected day off and it was quite a treat!

Though I haven't been very good with posting pregnancy pictures, here are a few that Jon has managed to snap during the second trimester. Tuesday, May 17, 2011. The last month or so has been action packed for us! Jon and I decided a while back that we would get all of our traveling in before mid-May, and then plan to stay in town on the weekends from there on out until the baby arrives (as I have told many a person, the idea of being stuck in labor on I-85 is not my idea of fun)! Monday, April 4, 2011. The last few weeks have been full of fun! As we are continuing to prepare for Baby Groom, we took a few days off in March and went to the beach with my Dad's side of the family. We had a great time! Monday, February 21, 2011. Last week, I began noticing the baby's movements more consistently, and he even got a kick in that his Dad was able to feel. How exciting! It's pretty neat to start feeling him move on a semi-regular basis. Up until last Tuesday, I didn't really know when or how I could manipulate his movements, as they would just come at random.However, that all began to change. I have been having a great time learning how to be a good Mommy these past few months and it has been amazing watching him grow and learn. He just cut his first tooth this week and last night right before he fell asleep be asked for Da Da. Who was working a long shift.
