Allen and I went away for a long weekend for the first time with out Emory and my parents came to Nashville and kept Emory! He had a really fun time playing around Nashville with Mana and Papa! Emory has also spent a few nights with Allen’s parents while we’ve gone out to do fun stuff! He loves his Knocky and Poppy too! Susan, it’s on the blog-it’s official! He loved the pumpkins!

Monday, March 31, 2014. For Spring Break, we went down to Ford Plantation. We hadn't been there in a long time as a family so it was great to be there. The first part of the week, the weather wasn't very good, but it got better at the end. We had such a good time just being away for a week and enjoying a change of scenery! The first morning when we woke up, we went straight over to the Main House for breakfast. I never get tired of the view there. Such a pretty morning. Or cottontails as Carrie calls it).

Monday, September 30, 2013. Disney World: Part 1. Back in January, Graham and I decided we wanted to take Carrie to Disney World for her 4th birthday. Tuesday, April 23, 2013. A lot about Spring! I have a lot of catching up to do even after vowing to do better. Auction is now pretty much over and now I find myself with a little free time again! So here is a catch up of how our Spring has started off. (If you follow me on instragram, you have probably seen a lot of our Spring already as I keep up pretty well there! We started soccer. Monday, August 26, 2013. Beach Trip to Perdido. Sunday was our first day and it rained most of the morning. When it was not raining, we let the girls go down in their PJs to look for shells for a bit. When it started raining again, we headed to brunch. H had her first of many fried shrimp meals.girl loves fried shrimp just like her mama! That afternoon while the girls rested, Graham and I had a beer and played cards which was a nice break. Can you believe how big she is getting? Great for the kiddos.
