I have Advanced Secondary Pulmonary Hypertension and this has resulted in me being put on the transplant list back in April 2012. I am now waiting for a heart and lung transplant and live in hope for that one phone call that will hopefully save my life.

The two "transplant" books that I have read are by two people that I hold extremely dear and close to my heart Mark Watson who wrote "For My Donor - 20 years and counting". And that was released about 18 months ago now and Kath Graham who recently just released her book "Life is for the Living". They are two very different books with two very different directions but both are equally amazing in their different ways. I guess the reason I very much stick to Fiction is because when it's real life it's too.

I hope you all had a lovely Christmas! Mine isn't quite over just yet, me and Mark didn't spend it together and therefore are having our own Christmas this weekend which I am the most excited person in the world for! You know I got chronic rejection this year and have been given a pretty shit prognosis and I got put back on the transplant list and I still don't view this year as bad, I've had a pretty great year:-.
