June 29, 2015. I am officially crossing over. I am no longer in my early 20s. Feels weird. I am realizing that there are some things that I need to do before I get older. This kind of goes with my tidbits I shared. Of what should have already been accomplished. Stop eating junk food. Fast food, junk food, it is easy and fast after making money at your job all day. I can buy lots of junk food, but I can't buy health. I need to give it up. I eat wayyyy too much! Life is too short. Stop not wearing sunscreen.

April 29, 2015. I've mentioned that in late January I injured my knee tearing 3 different ligaments. On March 20th I had ACL reconstruction. I was supposed to get my surgery earlier but I did not have full enough range of motion so I started going to physical therapy three times a week. It pained me to not get the surgery as soon as possible and to admit to myself that I did not have enough range of motion. So hesitantly I went and started religiously going to PT. This injury has taught me a few things.

May 29, 2015. 3 Things in Your 20s That you Need to Know. Age is just a number right? Well despite that there are different things to think about health wise that do depend on that number. I think as a whole despite all we see in society about everyone getting bigger and fatter and more unhealthy, in general we are trending the exact opposite. Never have we been more focused on health benefits and food. To be fair though, I have always been focused on food. I love food. Too much. Fiber can be friendly.

March 31, 2015. Myself and Megan Fox. Yeah, Megan Fox and I have something in common. And no it isn't our fair skin and brown hair.we both have clubbed thumbs. A pretty unique feature if I do say so myself! I have never really thought of them as ugly, just different. Until I was told that I looked like I had a deformity (which I guess it technically is.)
