Friday, July 31, 2009. Then it would take a long time to braid it and people might step on it! Not sure if she's trying to convince herself she'd rather have short hair than have that happen, or if she's saying that'd be awesome; with her you can never tell. She's also telling me she just doesn't like it because it curls under.which is obviously very fixable. We'll see. And so, to honor my girl, here's a few things about her (in order of happenings this year):. This is at the school's Easter party. She i...

Monday, March 29, 2010. Today my little munchkin turned 6! 160; Time sure has flown by, but it has (for the most part) been a lot of fun. We celebrated by having a small party Saturday evening. The plan was to eat pizza, cake, and ride horses (have I mentioned we have two horses at our house now? Some pics from the party:. As usual, Judah was the last one at the table…making sure to get every last bit of cake off his plate. And lastly, I leave you with Clone Trooper Commander Cody:. I like.I read.

Saturday, August 22, 2009. Ok, ok, we love Judah too. I have been prompted by my guilty conscience (and Matt) to do a post about Judah. I’ve also been spurred on by the fact that we’ve already fallen into the bad habit of not updating our blog… whoops! 160; So here’s to Judah, the crazy quirky one:. 1 The boy can be summed up in two words: TRAIN LOVER! And this is at the Tweetsie Railroad Amusement Park in North Carolina. The boy was in awe of the real train; such a treat for the train enthusiast! We did...

Wednesday, January 19, 2011. The Christmas Post (Better late than never! I did so well in December catching up, I better get my act together so this year doesn’t slip away without me blogging regularly. Good thing I didn’t make it my New Year’s resolution to blog consistently…. Before I move on to the scores of Christmas pictures, I wanted to share this first:. 160; And I’m thankful for a little girl who is sensitive, caring, and open to the things God is teaching her! Sweet picture with Dad:. A lot of ...

Wednesday, October 28, 2009. There she goes…. 160; I had been gone taking Judah to GiGi’s house to spend the night (see previous post:. Point #4) and when I come back, Audrey and the other girls are telling me they have something to show me. They then take me outside, grab a bike, take it to the street and send Audrey off—without training wheels! 160; I was completely amazed! Now she’s smiling! And it wouldn’t be complete without a pic of the little bro:. Monday, October 26, 2009. Our team’s doing...

Jackson4: December 2010

Thursday, December 23, 2010. Fun with K’nex. Matt was working with some elementary students a few weeks ago and had an extra K’nex rollercoaster set, so he brought it home for the kids to build and play with. Audrey was so good at following instructions and building it; she’s a pro from building so many Lego things. Here they are in the process of building it:. Judah didn’t help much, but he made his own creation: wings! And a video of it running (I love the little dance Audrey and Judah do! Matt’...

Wednesday, December 9, 2009. Catching up Part 1. The Tuesday before Thanksgiving, Audrey’s school hosted a Pow-wow for the Kindergarteners. There were lots of cute little songs and dances, playing of drums, eating of sweets, and of course dressing up like Indians. . Notice the intricate bead work on the bottom of her costume. Yes, Momma helped with that! Even though Daddy had a busy day, he was able to sneak away and come see the little Indian perform. 160; I’ve taught her well.). And has carried His ...

Wednesday, January 27, 2010. George Washington Puppet Show. Last night Audrey and I had a conversation that went something like this:. Audrey: (While playing with the George Washington brown bag puppet she had made at school) Was George Washington a real person? Me: Yes, he was a real person. Audrey: Is he still alive? Me: No, he died a long time ago. Audrey: Like before I was born? Then after a little while, she set up a puppet show for Judah and it went like this:. If you can’t tell, Audrey is C3...
